Metal jacketed gaskets are particularly suitable for sealing flat surfaces of heat exchangers , gas pipe line , cast iron flanges and auto claves etc. Metal jacketed gaskets come in sizes according to EN 1514-4, ANSI B 16.21 and B 16.5 Standards.

SERATED OR CAMPROFILE GASKETS :

Serated or Camprofile gaskets ia metal gasket grove on both surfaces Excellent anti blow - out properties. Capable of sealing pressure exceeding 350 bars. And temperature 700 C . Upon request the grooved gaskets can be manufactured in various shapes and sizes.

COPPER CLADDED GASKETS :

Filler material like graphite , CAF , NCAF , CERAMIC , etc. cladded with copper strips .
